The International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) has confirmed the updated match schedule for the 2026 Men’s Repechage tournament in Suphanburi, Thailand, with Iran set for a three-game group-stage campaign.
Iran NPC, Tehran - Iran, drawn in Group B alongside Brazil, Poland and Senegal, will begin its qualification bid on Monday, June 8, facing Senegal at 11:30 local time.
The Iranian side returns to the court on Tuesday, June 9, taking on Brazil at 16:00, before concluding its group-stage fixtures on Wednesday, June 10 against Poland at 11:30.

June 8: Iran vs Senegal – 11:30
June 9: Iran vs Brazil – 16:00
June 10: Iran vs Poland – 11:30
The repechage tournament runs from June 8 to 11 in Suphanburi, with four teams securing qualification for the 2026 IWBF Wheelchair Basketball World Championships in Ottawa, Canada.
The event also forms part of the qualification pathway to the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games, with results contributing to continental quota allocation.
