Iran NPC, Tehran – On Monday, June 9, Dr. Kargari
held a joint session with Mukhtorkhon Tashkhodjaev, Chairman of Uzbekistan’s
National Paralympic Committee, and Murad Ismailov, Deputy Minister of Youth
Policy and Sports of Uzbekistan. The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral
cooperation, sharing best practices, and enhancing mutual support in Paralympic
development.
Following the meeting, Dr. Kargari
toured Uzbekistan’s national training and sports education centre for elite
athletes, including the prestigious Olympic and Paralympic Museum. Delegates
explored the state-of-the-art facilities and exchanged ideas on athlete
education and historical preservation.
Dr. Saeid Solgi, Deputy of Elite
Sports, and Hassan Solgi, Director of International Affairs at Iran’s National
Paralympic Committee, accompanied Dr. Kargari on this second day of
the visit.
