National Para
Archery team kicked off another ten-day selecting and training camp in Tehran
from today (23 April).
With a massive
year of important official competitions on the horizon, the 19 Para-archers are
following their preparations under the lead of three-time Paralympic champion Zahra
Nemati as the head coach, assisted by national coaches Ahmadreza Parsa and
Mohammad Saleh Palizban. Milad Ghiasi also accompanies the squad as the strength
& conditioning coach

Sports Federation for the Enabled in collaboration with the National Paralympic
Committee of Iran, the training sessions run until May 3, 2025.
With an expert
coaching team and a highly motivated squad, Iran’s para-archery national team
is intensifying its preparations to achieve success at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026.
Featuring a
total of 18 sports, the fifth edition of the Asian Para Games will take place
in the City of Nagoya the capital of Aichi Prefecture in Japan, from 18 to 24
October, 2026.
