NPC President Dr. Ghafour Karegari visited the National Olympic Academy to monitor the latest performance assessments of Iran’s national Para judo athletes ahead of the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games.
Iran NPC, Tehran – The assessment programme included a series of specialised tests in physical fitness, sports biomechanics and cognitive sciences aimed at evaluating the athletes’ overall condition and competitive readiness for the upcoming Asian Para Games.
Accompanied by NPC Vice President Dr. Maryam Kazemipour, along with technical experts and officials, Dr. Karegari met with athletes and coaching staff while observing different stages of the evaluation process at the academy.
Iran’s 18th national Para judo training camp for Aichi-Nagoya 2026 is currently underway with the participation of 10 athletes as preparations continue for next year’s continental event in Japan.
