Iran celebrate a double podium in the P2 – Women’s 10m Air Pistol SH1 final at the Al Ain 2025 World Shooting Para Sport World Cup, as Nasrin Shahi claims gold and her teammate Faezeh Ahmadi secures bronze on Day 3 of competition.
Iran NPC, Tehran- Iran's Nasrin Shahi won the title in P2 final - Wemon's 10m air pistol standing SH1 at Al Ain World Cup, with an impressive score of 239.0.
Her teammate Faezeh Ahmadi also earned a bronze medal, scoring 215.6 and secured a second podium finish for Iran in UAE, today (30 October).
In the Men's and women's team events, Iran’s national mixed P1 and P2 Para Shooters collected two more silver medals.
The Al Ain World Cup is currently underway, wrapping up the 2025 season of major shooting Para sport events with competition running from 28 October to 4 November. Hosted by the Zayed Higher Organisation at the Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club, the event welcomes 213 athletes from 39 nations competing in 40 individual and team events across rifle, pistol and shotgun disciplines.
