Iran NPC, Tehran- On the
occasion of 2 July, World Sports Journalists Day, the National
Paralympic Committee (NPC) of the Islamic Republic of Iran extends its
heartfelt congratulations to all journalists, writers, photographers, and
dedicated professionals working tirelessly in the field of sports media.
Sports
journalists play a significant role in documenting and conveying sporting
events and in narrating the perseverance and triumphs of athletes. Along the
journey of athletes’ success—especially Para athletes—it has always been the
conscious, committed, and compassionate presence of the media that has helped hope,
motivation, and inspiration within the society.
Recognizing this
vital responsibility, the Iran NPC appreciates the continuous support and
sincere efforts of media professionals and considers your contributions to
promoting sports, raising public awareness, and highlighting the achievements
of athletes with disabilities to be profoundly impactful and worthy of praise.
We hope that
through mutual understanding and joint efforts, the path toward the advancement
of sports in our country—particularly Paralympic sports—will continue strongly,
and that, as always, we will witness your lasting stories capturing the moments
of pride in Iranian sports.
With best wishes
for health, success, and honor to all members of the media.
