Iranian athletes bagged 11 medals at the Dubai 2023 World Grand Prix, 14th Fazza International Para Athletics.
In the last (fourth) day of the 2023
World Para Athletics Grand Prix, Iranian Tokyo paralympic champion Hashemiyeh
Motaghian with a throw of 22.65 meters stood on the top of the podium in Javelin Throw, followed
by Iran’s Zeinab Moradi, who took silver with 20.69 meters on her best try.
The other Iran’s representative
Parastoo Habibi grabbed a silver with an attempt of 21.77 in women’s Club
Throw.
On men’s side, Iranian Hamed Amiri finishes
second with 10.18m throw and achieved silver in shot put event.
