Zahra Nemati elected to Para Archery Committee
Zahra Nemati was voted the member of Para Archery Committee of World Archery Federation in the 54th congress.
The 54th congress of World Archery took place on 16 - 18 September in Yankton, USA. During this congress, which was participated by more than 100 delegates from different countries, the governing body of the international federation discussed the sport’s rules and the relative changes after Olympic and Paralympic Games.
On the final day of the congress, the election of the federation took place and the congress voted France's Dominique Ohlmann, Iran’s Zahra Nemtai (three-time Paralympics medalist) and Canada's Nancy Littke as the new members of Para Archery Committee of World Archery. 
The congress also re-elected Prof Dr Ugur Erdener unanimously as president of World Archery for a fifth and final term to serve until in 2025, after the next Olympic Games in Paris.
