Iran will partake at the 2018 African Poomsae Championships with five athletes.
The tournament will take place in Agadir, Morocco on March 28.
“We are holding a training camp with 12 para taekwondo practitioners and will finally send five athletes to the event,” Iran coach Payam Khanlarkhani told Paralympic.ir.
The tournament is a warm-up competition for the 4th Asian Para Taekwondo Championships- World Taekwondo - G-4.
4th Asian Para Taekwondo Championships will be held in Hochiminh, Vietnam on May 24.
Para taekwondo will make its Paralympic debut in 2020 Tokyo.
