Iran football 5-a-side lost to Brazil in the Paralympic Games final match h on Saturday.

Brazil defeated Iran in the final match to take title and maintained a 100 per cent record at Paralympic Games.

Ricardinho of Brazil and his team mates celebrate after scoring a goal in the men's football 5-a-side Favorite Brazil lived up to expectations and claimed their fourth consecutive football 5-a-side Paralympic gold after defeating Iran 1-0 in the final at the Olympic Tennis Centre.

Iran has participated at the 2016 Summer Paralympics with 111 athletes in 12 sports.

The Iranian delegation finished in 11th place in the previous edition, winning 10 gold medals, seven silvers and seven bronze medals.
