Iran-Mixed-Team-Recurve-takes-silver-at-Rio

 Iran won Mixed Team Recurve Open silver medal at the 2016 Paralympic Games.

The Iranian team, who consisted of Zahra Nemati and Ebrahim Ranjbar, lost to China 5-3 in the final match.

Bronze medal was won by Italy who defeated Mongolia 5-1.

The Iranian delegation has won one gold medal and three silvers so far.

Iran has participated at the 2016 Summer Paralympics with 111 athletes in 12 sports.


 


Iran finished in 11th place in the previous edition, winning 10 gold medals, seven silvers and seven bronze medals.
