China secured a double victory in the men’s and women’s finals at the competition on Tuesday.
China has now qualified for men’s World Group II and the women’s World Group at the 2016 BNP Paribas World Team Cup in Tokyo, Japan on 23-28 May.
After beating Iran 3-0 when the two teams met in their final round-robin tie of the week, China, beat Iran 2-0 in the men’s final.
In the women’s final, China again won 2-0 against Korea Republic, having beaten Korea Republic 3-0 in the round-robin phase of the competition.
