Shooting Para Sports: Aichi Prefectural General Shooting Gallery

 

Asia’s top para shooters will take aim at medals at the Aichi Prefectural General Shooting Gallery in Toyota City during the Aichi–Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games.

 

Located around 60 kilometres from Nagoya in the Shimogawa area of Toyota City, the venue is surrounded by a peaceful natural landscape that provides an ideal atmosphere for precision shooting competition at the highest level.

 

Recognised as one of Japan’s leading shooting facilities, the complex features dedicated rifle and pistol halls, standard shooting ranges across multiple distances, advanced technical systems and accessible infrastructure for athletes with disabilities.

 

The venue has previously hosted major national shooting events in Japan and is set to welcome the continent’s best para shooters for six days of competition at the Aichi–Nagoya 2026 Games.

 

The para shooting competition will be held on 19–20 October and 22–24 October 2026.
