Para judo: Aichi Prefectural Martial Arts Hall

The Aichi Prefectural Martial Arts Hall in Nagoya City will host the para judo competition at the Aichi–Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games, providing a modern and dedicated setting for one of the Games’ most dynamic sports.

Located in Nagoya’s Minato Ward, the venue is recognised as one of Japan’s leading martial arts facilities, with convenient access to the city’s transport network and major sporting districts.

Purpose-built for martial arts disciplines, the venue features specialised spaces for judo, kendo, kyudo and other traditional Japanese sports. The main arena offers professional competition facilities, spectator seating and accessible infrastructure designed to accommodate athletes and spectators with disabilities.

Its dedicated judo area, equipped with international-standard tatami and advanced training facilities, has previously hosted major national and international martial arts events, making it a fitting stage for Asia’s top para judokas.

The para judo competition at the Aichi–Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games will take place from 19–21 October 2026, where athletes from across the continent will compete for podium places on the tatami.
